Zester Grater with Wooden Handle, Stainless Steel

Long stainless steel zester grater with a wooden handle for fine citrus zest and fluffy shreds of hard cheese over salads, pasta and desserts.

Size: 10.63 x 1.38 x 4.92 in (27 x 3.5 x 12.5 cm).

A narrow flat blade lined with small sharp teeth sits in a wire frame, with a black foot at the tip. Brace the foot on a board or the rim of a bowl, hold the handle and draw the cheese or fruit along the blade with a back-and-forth motion. The fine teeth shave thin strands that fall straight onto the food. The wooden handle has a hole for hanging, and the slim tool fits in a drawer.

Material: stainless steel blade, wooden handle.
Color: silver and brown.
