Stainless Steel Meatball Maker, Triple Scoop

Stainless steel meatball maker with a triple-cup scoop for shaping and releasing three even meatballs at a time from ground meat or fish paste.

A long-handled trough with three side-by-side channels holds the meat mixture, and a flat scoop with three round cups shapes the portions. Fill the channels, then draw the scoop along the trough so each cup gathers one portion while the edge separates it from the rest. Tip the scoop over a pot of simmering water or a tray to release three balls together. The same method works for pork, beef, fish and shrimp balls. The scoop handle has a hanging hole for storing on a hook.
