Size: each well holds one baguette up to 15.75 in (40 cm) long; the pan bakes three loaves at once.

The pan is shaped into three side-by-side half-round channels with flat edges along the long sides. Small perforations across the whole surface let moisture escape while the bread bakes, so the bottom and sides of each loaf crisp and brown along with the top. Shape the dough into long ropes, set one in each well to proof, then slide the pan straight into the oven. The same pan works for demi-baguettes, sub rolls and other long, narrow loaves. A clear silicone coating on the metal helps the baked loaves lift out of the wells.
