Oval Dutch Oven, Enameled Cast Iron, 3.5 L with Lid

Oval enameled cast iron Dutch oven with lid, 3.5 L, for baking bread, roasting a whole chicken, braising and stewing on the stove or in the oven.

The cast iron core is coated with enamel inside and out. The interior is a smooth cream enamel with a dark rim, and the outside is a glossy color. The lid has raised rings on top and sits tight on the rim, so moisture condenses and drips back onto the food. Two loop handles help lift the full pot.
