Garlic Press with Removable Chamber, Ginger Crusher

Manual garlic press and ginger crusher with long lever handles and a removable perforated chamber for mincing garlic cloves and fresh ginger.

Open the handles wide, drop a clove or a piece of ginger into the round chamber, then squeeze; the plunger pushes it through the small holes as fine mince straight into the pan or bowl. The chamber lifts out of the frame so you can rinse the holes clean after use. The long handles give leverage, so pressing takes little hand strength, and the tool works without power.
