Oval enamel roasting pan with lid in speckled black for roasting turkey, whole chicken, pork loin and vegetables, or baking bread, in the oven.

The deep oval base holds a whole bird with vegetables around it, and a molded handle on each end lets you lift it with oven mitts. The domed lid has a loop handle on top and covers the roast to hold in moisture; take it off near the end of cooking to brown the skin. The glossy black enamel is flecked with white specks in the classic graniteware look.
