Double sided pancake pan with a non-stick copper-tone coating and a hinged lid for flipping pancakes, omelets, frittatas and eggs without a spatula.
Two shallow round pans are joined by a hinge, each with its own black handle. Pour batter into the bottom pan, close the top pan over it, then turn the whole pan over when the first side has set to cook the second side. The closed pan also cuts down on splatter.
