Each cutter is an open metal strip with a thin cutting edge. Press it into rolled cookie or biscuit dough, lift, and push the piece out before baking or decorating. Chilled dough and a light dusting of flour on the cutter give cleaner edges. The cutters also shape soft bread, cheese slices and pancakes.
