Defrosting Tray for Frozen Meat and Fish

Thin defrosting tray that thaws frozen meat, fish and other foods on a flat heat-transfer surface without electricity, in three sizes.

- L: 13.98 x 8.07 in (35.5 x 20.5 cm)
All sizes are 0.08 in (2 mm) thick.

Lay steaks, chops, fish fillets or a flat frozen pack on the board; heat from the room passes through the plate into the food. Shallow ridges run along the surface, and two corner holes let the tray hang on a hook. The smooth surface wipes and rinses clean, and the slim board slides into a drawer.
