Set of 3 stainless steel breading trays for dredging chicken, fish and pork in flour, egg and crumbs, lined up as a coating station.

Each rectangular tray has low straight sides, rounded corners and a rolled rim. Set the three side by side for flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, then move each piece down the line. The low walls keep dry and wet ingredients apart while leaving room to turn the food. The polished surface wipes down quickly, and the trays stack inside each other in the cabinet. They can also go in the oven, and they hold prepped ingredients or small portions for serving.
