Adjustable square cake ring in stainless steel that slides from 6.1 in to 11.02 in for shaping layered cakes, mousse, brownies and tiramisu.
Four flat steel panels overlap at the corners and slide through clips, so you can set the frame to any square or rectangle between the smallest and largest size. Place it on a baking sheet or cake board, fill with batter, sponge layers or mousse, then bake or chill. Lift the ring off to leave straight, clean sides, ready for glaze or frosting. The open frame has no base, so one ring covers many pan sizes.
