Two rows of three deep round cups sit in one flexible tray, with a ribbed oval grip on each short end for carrying it to the oven. After cooling, press each cup from below and the muffin pops out without liners. Set the tray on a baking sheet if the batter is heavy, so it stays flat when you move it.
