Rectangular Tiramisu Mold with Removable Ends, Aluminum

Rectangular aluminum dessert mold with removable end plates for building and baking layered desserts such as tiramisu, mousse cake and fruit slices.

Size: 16.4 x 3.9 x 2.36 in (41.7 x 10 x 6 cm).

The mold is a long, straight-sided channel with a flat base. Two end plates slot into each end and are held by buckle-style clips, closing the mold while you layer sponge fingers, cream and fruit. When the dessert has set or baked, slide the end plates off and push the finished bar out onto a board or serving plate in one clean piece. The straight walls give neat, even edges for slicing into portions.
