The curved lower blade has a toothed edge that grips skin and slippery fish while the upper blade cuts. The metal handles have a finger rest and open cut-outs for a steady grip, and a small latch near the pivot locks the blades closed for storage. Use them to trim fat, cut chicken pieces, open fish and portion meat during prep. The steel rinses clean after use.
