Citrus Zester with Channel Knife, Stainless Steel

Stainless steel citrus zester with five zesting holes and a channel knife for fine citrus strands and long peel twists for drinks and desserts.

The flat head has a row of five small sharp-edged holes along its tip. Draw it down the skin of a lemon, lime or orange to lift fine strands of zest. The slot in the center of the head is a channel knife: pull it around the fruit to cut one long ribbon of peel for garnishing cocktails and desserts. The round metal handle ends in a hanging loop, and the open head rinses clean.
