Adjustable round cake ring in stainless steel that expands from 6 in to 12 in across for shaping layer cakes, mousse cakes, cheesecakes and tiramisu.
The ring is a single steel band that overlaps itself. Squeeze the handle tabs to slide the band in or out, then fix the size with the clip at the inner and outer joints. Set the ring on a cake board or plate, stack sponge layers with cream or mousse inside, chill, then open the ring and lift it away for straight, clean sides. It also works as a bottomless cake pan on a lined baking sheet. One ring covers cake sizes that would otherwise need several pans.
