4 Inch Silicone Cake Pans, Round, Set of 9

Set of nine round 4 inch silicone cake pans for baking mini layer cakes, cheesecakes and individual sponge cakes, or chilling mousse.

Size: 4.13 in (10.5 cm) across, 2.16 in (5.5 cm) deep.

Each pan is a simple straight-sided round with a flat bottom, so the cakes come out level and easy to stack into small layer cakes. Bake several layers at once for a rainbow or naked cake, or use single pans for individual desserts. Peel the flexible sides away from the cake after cooling instead of running a knife around it. Set the pans on a baking sheet so they stay steady going in and out of the oven. The pans also go in the fridge for no-bake cheesecake and mousse.
